Our client is a leading established and reputable brand that makes and distributes software solutions for a rapid changing retail world. They provide a complete process & system solution covering all areas of the business from accounting solutions through to sales, CRM and much more. Evolving from a very traditional of on-premises solution, transitioning to a more modern and essential web/mobile solution.
To aid their transformation they need to hire a team of people. We are looking to hire an experienced ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for scoping and delivering end to end projects and will serve as the key liaison between software development, product management, support and project teams.
Initial fixed term contract will be for 12 months, the project is in infancy and is expected to run for approximately 24-48 months.
Skills & attributes required:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
- 3 years' minimum experience in a Project Management role within an IT/software development organisation
- Experience in the use of MS Office products (MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project)
- The ability to scope, plan and execute Projects.
- The ability to work in agile fast paced environment
- Ability to work on and project-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced software development environment
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision and the ability to independently manage processes
- Great in time management and prioritising to work toward a fixed deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to engage and facilitate effective conversations with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Hold PRINCE2 or PMBOK accreditation.
