Our Federal Government Client is seeking the expertise of a knowledgeable and skilled Dynamics/Salesforce CRM Administrator for a 12-month engagement working from our Client's Parliamentary Triangle offices.
Within this role you will provide highly level technical support for our Client's complex Dynamics and Salesforce CRM platforms and will add value to new application implementations, enhancements and upgrade projects.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in MS CRM Dynamics administration, configuration and support, with demonstrated experience in complex trouble shooting of CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce automation, environment configuration, licencing, user provisioning, object model and customer portal functionalities
- Understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud ecosystem
- Demonstrated knowledge of supporting CRM technologies such as Server Administration, ADFS, TFS, .Net development and PowerShell scripts
