Our Federal Government Client is seeking the services of an experienced Drupal Developer for a 12-month contract opportunity. Within this role you will be responsible for rebuilding a number of key Government websites. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and development of technically sound solutions, within complex, enterprise environments, preferably within Federal Government.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing publishing workflows in Drupal and Drupal theme development
- Identifying business requirements and developing solutions
- Providing strategic and technical guidance for web development activities
- Identifying business requirements and developing solutions
- Leading and mentoring others in web development team as required
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience developing Drupal 7 websites in Government or corporate settings, including experience with GovCMS
- Experience converting hi-fidelity visual designs into Drupal templates
- Experience working to the Digital Service Standard
- Experience in UX/front end design and development
- Understanding of guidelines and best practices for Australian Government web publishing. Including accessibility, security and privacy considerations
