About the role
Leading Australian business is seeking an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to be responsible for the execution of land access documentation which will involve creating and administering Land Access and Approval Notices. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Day to day support of the team
  • Work with Access Advisors and Managers to ensure the identification of Land Owners
  • Engage with stakeholders to execute land access
  • Prepare documents, plans and frameworks
  • Develop and distribute documents via approved templates to stakeholders to meet the land access notification requirements
  • Develop reports on status
  • Ensure land access is obtained within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Identify and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including property managers and body corporates
  • General Administration support as required

Experience

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Coordination role
  • Require experience in either the Telecommunication or Property or Construction industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a high-volume administration environment
  • Strong documentation skills across full MS Office suite
  • Ability to search and verify information using sources such as Title searches and property listings
  • Some experience in the use of GIS based systems and tools
  • Prefer knowledge of land access processes
  • Prefer Degree in Town / Planning or Environmental Management or other relevant degree
