Our client, a Global Management Consultancy, that Fortune Magazine has recently named as a best company to work for, is expanding their footprint in Sydney and is looking for a Director, Technology Strategy and Transformation to join their team and help build and grow the practice.

You will work with an inspirational Managing Director to build the practice from the ground up. In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Managers and Associate Directors and support clients by advising on strategies around technology, digital and transformation.

You will mainly focus on things such as Digital Strategy, Operating Model, Cloud Transformation, Organisational and Business Change, New Ways of Working, Service Management, Advisory, Design and Assurance.

We are looking for an experienced Leader(ex-Big 4 or similar) who comes from a strong technology consulting background and can advise on Strategy and Transformation initiatives and design. You should be client focused and experienced in building client relationships including developing and uncovering new business opportunities.

You should also be an experienced Leader and Mentor who can work with and develop those around them.

Excellent written communication skills are mandatory and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. You should be able to see opportunities and drive positive outcomes as well.
