We are looking to hire an experienced Digital Program Manager for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years management experience
- Must have proven background as a Program Manager (must have held the titles)
- Proven experience in managing large web & eCommerce programs of work
- Experience in setting and delivery of global digital strategies, with a strong history of enforcing compliance & managing change/risk
- Proven ability to implement project management and delivery disciplines within a large, geographically dispersed team - including the ability to consistently report progress to senior management across the program of work.
- Proven experience in one of the following methodologie such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
- Strong web and eCommerce applications background, with an ability to grasp the big picture
- Experience in IT and information system design, with in-depth experience designing and implementing web eCommerce solutions
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending new and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating
- Experience working on large, complex web and eCommerce applications
- Experience working within a global organisation, in a highly regulated industry
