About the role:
- Provide collaborative guidance, review and quality assurance on the user experience design and ensuring the right customer experience is delivered
- The production of accurate and timely information/artefacts as required
- Analyse and review alternate solutions and provide input or recommendations to Business areas on the most appropriate solution.
- Understanding the business need and value to be gained and determining the feasibility of solutions in meeting this need as well as deadlines
- Ensuring affected Business areas understand the solution and that their operation can support the Business case.
About you:
- Experienced in working in Agile projects and agile environment (ideally working in Tribe/Squads/Chapter environment or similar)
- Experienced in process automation & optimisation
- Hands on experience with writing SQL and extracting data
- Experience capturing Business requirements and translating into data requirements
- Experienced in running workshops with senior stakeholders and build buy-in from business stakeholders
- Experienced in Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions
- Experience in automating/digitising Performance Reporting and delivering self-serve business insights capability
- Experienced in process modelling
- Applied experience of BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation)
- Agile certifications e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, APN, CSPO etc
- Facilitation and documentation of Customer Experience (CX) Journey mapping
