Responsibilities
- End-to-end business analysis and process mapping for digital platforms
- Provide critical thinking and analysis of requirements
- Work within agile scrum teams/ Developers/QAs/ POs/UX Designers
- Workshop facilitation, Key stakeholder management
Skills and experience
- Experience in a similar Business Analyst role (Finance/ Banking sector preferred)
- Technical documentation including user stories for development
- Experience working with digital platforms
- Workshop facilitation, Key stakeholder management
- Working within an Agile software development team/ cross-functional scrum teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience working with User Experience (UX) teams
- Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
