Our Client:
Our client has established a dominant presence within the Utilities sector. They currently have a position available for a Digital Business Analyst for initially 6 months to work within the products division.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Building a deep understanding of the existing products, business workings and competitive landscape to effectively create new ideas, issues and opportunities.
- Creating and documenting user stories that are value focused and have detailed acceptance criteria.
- Working with the team to creatively solve problems, discuss stories and ensure the expected outcomes are met.
- Analysis and synthesis of data, communicating these insights/findings.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Specific skills across API's, integration, digital and also good all-round story writing capability etc
- Background in the following;
- E-Comm
- Front-End/API
- Agile
- Telco
- AEM
