The Role
Commercially booming, they seek a Development Manager to lead the next steps in their technical evolution so that they can keep scaling fast.
You will lead and mentor their established development team, guiding delivery and implementing advanced Agile, automation and DevOps best practices. You will be a key leader in a company with a growth mindset, clear vision, who are in an outstanding commercial position and committed to reinvest to fuel growth in order to reach their goal as the dominant market leading Australian Property Management solution.
What you will bring
A proven track record of developing top performing software teams is a must. You will have strong skills in: .Net technologies, team leadership & management, Agile project management, budget planning and stakeholder engagement. Experience in SaaS eCommerce is a must, whilst property domain experience and accounting or finance product build experience will be highly regarded.
