Our client is seeking a Business Analyst or Developer who to work onsite with a large banking client in Sydney CBD. The projects revolve around reporting for group treasurer and includes data and analytics.
The role:
- Reviews, analyses, and evaluates business systems or practices and user needs.
- Documents requirements defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Translate Business Requirement from Users into standard template for the project
- Develop understanding of the problem and suggest solutions to them
- Linking of requirements across the project
- Create code in Power BI/Alteryx/Big data technologies
- Documenting the Test cases
- Proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure open communication and a 'one team' approach
The candidate:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Developer
- Must be able to create code in Power BI, Alteryx or big data technologies like Hadoop etc
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a must
- Preferably you will have experience in Treasury and Group Reg Reporting project
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a related field.
- Has the ability to exercising independent judgment.
