Our client a leading Financial Services company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join this highly engaged, collaborative team. In this role you will be involved in the whole software delivery lifecycle from the design to the build, testing, automation, documentation and running and supporting the solutions in production. You will enjoy mentoring junior staff and be an absolute positive team contributor. As well as performing code reviews and estimates you will also be a driver of improving the CloudOps practices.
Skills and Experience required:
- Cloud Experience - AWS, Azure or GCP
- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Container / Container Orchestration tools - Docker, AWS, ECS Kubernetes
- Linux expertise
- Automated Testing Midset
- Exposure to security practices for Cloud applications
- Agile methodologies
- Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
