Our client a leader in its field is currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis.
Essentials Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- 5+ years' experience in a systems admin, cloud systems operations, development and/or DevOps role
- Experience using Javascript, Python, SQL and familiar with RESTful APIs to integrate and configure solutions
- Good knowledge of data design, implementation and optimisation
- Experience building and using automated testing tools is an advantage
- Highly collaborative approach and familiar with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in designing and architecting high availability solutions
- Experience in cloud platforms, containers, and continuous delivery
- Strong Linux Systems Administration experience
