Our client, a well-respected brand, is seeking for a Desktop Rollout Technician to support their clients across SA.
You will be involved in the upgrade of Windows XP to Windows 7. You will also replace servers, troubleshoot network issues and perform system backups and data recovery.
Skills Required:
- Strong technical skills, logic and ability in troubleshooting hardware, software, network (LAN/WAN, TCP, IP etc.) or other desktop computer-related problems
- Able to work independently with strong time management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Must have valid driver's licence
This role requires travel across SA with some weekend work.
