Our client Is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team working in Karratha. This is an initial 3-month contract that will most likely be extended

Responsibilities:

  • Providing IT infrastructure support (troubleshooting, hardware, software)
  • Installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptops and other hardware/desktop applications
  • Managing user accounts and access controls to client data
  • Implement, support, administrate and manage Windows OS, workstations and/or servers
  • Response and closure of calls within committed times

Skills:

  • Experience with 1st and 2nd line support within an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Microsoft OS (Win10, Win8, Win7) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, HPSM
  • Knowledge of IOS Mac, Android and non-organizational supported devices
  • Basic administration knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Remote desktop
