Our client Is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team working in Karratha. This is an initial 3-month contract that will most likely be extended
Responsibilities:
- Providing IT infrastructure support (troubleshooting, hardware, software)
- Installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptops and other hardware/desktop applications
- Managing user accounts and access controls to client data
- Implement, support, administrate and manage Windows OS, workstations and/or servers
- Response and closure of calls within committed times
Skills:
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support within an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Win10, Win8, Win7) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy, HPSM
- Knowledge of IOS Mac, Android and non-organizational supported devices
- Basic administration knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Remote desktop
