Our client, a high profile service provider is currently seeking to engage multiple Technical Support Specialists to provide superior application and incident support services to their client base.

We are looking for candidates who have specific experience managing Windows Servers, Packaged & Deployed apps through VMware and actively administered Exchange Servers. It is essential that you have experience with the backend management of this infrastructure.

In this role, you will

  • Act as SME on behalf of Level 1 and Level 2 support services for complex technical issues.
  • Recommending technical improvements in processes to support consistent and best-practice delivery of business outcomes, reducing inefficiencies and variances.
  • Manage, assist and provide advice to staff for resolving and/or providing workarounds to incidents.
  • Manage the creation and modification of knowledge articles on key processes, customer applications and systems
  • Development and maintenance of system administration tools to streamline and simplify support services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in providing technical support in one or more of following
    • Windows 7 / Windows 10
    • CITRIX
    • Outlook/Exchange
    • AppSense
    • Windows scripting (PowerShell)
    • Windows Server Suite
  • Experience in client end user support
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL principals
  • Ability to liaise with multiple vendors, customers and stakeholders at a technical level
  • High level written and verbal communication skills;

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently hold an Australian Government security clearance NV 1 and above
