Location : Sydney CBD

Duration: 18 months Fixed Term Contract

Requirements:

  • Extensive work experience in leading, managing and delivering complex Microsoft CRM development and support services
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering MS CRM changes across multiple projects
  • Strong functional experience in Microsoft CRM
  • Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries or issues
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
  • Ability to mentor team members in delivery of outcomes either directly or by facilitating appropriate peer support and reviews
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
  • Experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor management and contract management
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
  • Candidate MUST have worked in leadership roles.
