Location : Sydney CBD
Duration: 18 months Fixed Term Contract
Requirements:
- Extensive work experience in leading, managing and delivering complex Microsoft CRM development and support services
- Proven experience in planning and delivering MS CRM changes across multiple projects
- Strong functional experience in Microsoft CRM
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills
- Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries or issues
- Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
- Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
- Ability to mentor team members in delivery of outcomes either directly or by facilitating appropriate peer support and reviews
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
- Experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor management and contract management
- A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
- Candidate MUST have worked in leadership roles.
