Role Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Agile Delivery Manager/SCRUM Master. The successful applicant will work in a high-performance work team that is delivering a Dynamics 365 solution to scale the client's services to Australia's leading exporters. Duties will include:
- Running team events for a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) each sprint
- Working with the Product Manager to ensure a well-ordered backlog
- Synchronising work between other dependant programs and teams
- Horizon planning
- Removing impediments
- Work at scale
To be successful in the role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in agile delivery leadership
- Demonstrated experience in horizon/future planning whilst supporting the team's current workload
- Demonstrated experience in leading Human Centred Design and agile ways of working, as part of an MDT
- Proven ability to problem solve and remove impediments
- Demonstrated ability working hands-on and helping other team members complete tasks when required
