Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Delivery Lead with agile delivery and Payment/Banking product experience to join their team
The role is a Senior Delivery Lead role ; 6 + years of agile delivery and Payment/Banking product experience is required.
Experience
- Project delivery experience in complex environments, payments or financial organisation experience preferred.
- End-to-end product ownership experience, including a strong track record of delivery and execution.
- Proven skills in a business partnering as a delivery lead in a complex environment.
- Expert level demonstrable experience in vendor management; in negotiating scope and delivery outcomes.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and management. (Senior managers and general managers levels)
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience with Financial Services industry - Banking or Cards & Payments domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6+ years of agile experience, preferably SaFe certified.
- Knowledge of Australian financial compliance and regulations (AML and AFSL) is preferred.
- Knowledge in PCI DSS and financial/payment service technology security and compliance.
