Our client is seeking to engage a Delivery Lead to lead and coach geographically dispersed teams to be successful, self-organising and adapt to change to deliver business priorities.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Proven strong delivery track record
- Experience delivery in geographically distributed teams
- Experience in Agile with some of that time performing the Scrum Master/Iteration Manager role
- Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in
- Manage day to day delivery team activities
- Manage task allocation in delivery team
Technical
- Oracle
- PL/SQL
- Source Control (Bitbucket, SourceTree)
- Control-M
- Unix scripting
- Jenkins
- Experience in Production Support and time sensitive problem solving and resolution.
