Our client a well-known financial services organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery & Capability Lead / Team Lead to join their team in Sydney.
In this key role you will be responsible for providing technology based services that involve incorporating strategy, design, development, delivery and maintenance of technological solutions to meet business needs.
This will involve:
- Liaising with technology/department head who is responsible for the technology needs of a product/specific business area through managing business priorities, resource levels and third-party providers.
- Contributing to product/business areas technology strategy in conjunction with manager and responsible for implementing the resulting strategy
- running of the technology department including performance management, coaching reports and dealing with specific issues"
- Remaining time to be spent on Wealth Tech Operations functions assisting Delivery Manager and Head Of on fulfilment of shared service functions
- Day to day line management responsibilities for the Asset Management technology team
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Experience either a) managing teams or, b) service ownership
- Strong understanding of Technology concepts across all aspects of SDLC
- Strong customer service background
- Experience in data analysis and report generation for business and technology stakeholders
- Background in either BA or Development preferable
