Our client is seeking an experienced Database developer to join their Database / Cloud team. The team is responsible for building and maintaining databases in a AWS environment.
The candidate:
- Several years working hands on as a Database Developer
- Thorough understanding of Database concept
- Retail experience would be good but not essential
- ETL Tool - Google
- PL SQL
- DB skills (relational+NoSQL) in AWS environment
- Competent or better with ETL concepts
- Expert PL/SQL and SQL functions
- Database software configuration management
- Data Analysis and problem solving
- Generic knowledge and understanding of enterprise information data and information management concepts and principles
- Good understanding and proven experience in both waterfall and agile based execution
- Highly resilient and adaptable to a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with a technical team and work as part of a team
