Our Federal Government Client is seeking a skilled Data Specialist to support the delivery of enhanced data functionality and features for releases of the digital platform. The platform will draw on data sources and projects from across the department including sourcing existing web content from department websites.
This is a long-term contract opportunity for 12 months + 2x6 month extension options, located at our Client's Canberra City location.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- · Ability to lead and manage technical discussions between internal data teams and IT where relevant.
- · Ability to design and build data ingestion and manipulation queries to enable use of data in the website.
- · Experience working with relevant IT teams to build and design data structures that optimise use of the data in digital platforms.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently possess a Baseline Federal Government Security Clearance.
