The Data Lead needs to be passionate about the Customer and passionate about data, so that they can enable an operational business that loves numbers, with the required Customer Data Strategy to ensure action is taken to not only improve operational efficiencies and scale, but that also improve the Customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Lead to join a leading Telecommunications organisation on an initial 12 month contract.
- 10+ years commercial large enterprise experience
- Proven experience managing teams of Data Analysts/Data Scientists
- Strong skills in using Data Analytics to create actionable insights and solve business problems
- Understand the difference between operational data and customer data
- Experience writing and presenting analytical/insights narrative
