Significant experience as a data architect, designing data warehouses to support SAP ERP solutions
Highly developed written and oral communication, interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence
Proven ability to work under pressure, show initiative, meet deadlines and priorities, and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, advocacy and communication skills to successfully develop and manage stakeholder relationships and present across all levels of the organisation
