Our Client:
Our client is a Federal Government Agency who are responsible for delivering contemporary technology solutions. They are currently seeking for a Data Architect on a Full time basis for their Enterprise, solutions and technology stream within their Architecture and Design Capability.
In this role, you will lead and support the development and implementation of data access and management solutions within the architecture domain. You will analyse requirements for applications and data acquisition, support business enterprise applications and physical data modelling according to security and defined project requirements
You will be accountable for the designs your teams produce, developing and implementing a data architecture capability that delivers on strategic outcomes while ensuring enterprise standards, data architecture policies and patterns are defined and adhered.
As this role is within the Federal Government, it is a requirement that the successful candidate be an Australian Citizen and obtain a baseline security clearance.
Success for this role will rely on the individual's ability to be able to work in a highly dynamic environment, good cultural fit, and their ability to challenge and drive thinking in new directions.
About you:
To be successful for the role, you will need the following:
- AGSVA Baseline Clearance
- Experience in establishing data architecture, data structure, data operation and data modelling standards
- Experience working with Cloud hosted, Big Data platforms (Hadoop) NoSQL Databases
