Key Accountabilities:
- Provide technical capabilities for the generation and delivery of insights from use cases into production, including statistical, predictive and scenario modelling, performance reporting and dashboard and visualisation design.
- Build Master data management framework and logic. Contribute to building ETL solutions, ensuring data quality and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to work o integration and design.
- Design, develop and deliver regular dashboards and reports to track and analyse customer behaviour and key performance indicators.
- Creation and maintenance of accurate and insightful tools and dashboards to add value to operational and consumer centric business initiatives.
- Data extraction, manipulation and analysis for the purpose of insights and recommendations
- Drive the collection, cleansing, merging and management of customer data from various sources across the business
Key skills required:
- Understanding of data extraction and manipulation skills, with a proven understanding of database interrogation using a range of software tools (e.g. SQL)
- Proven ability to transform large, complex and raw datasets into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience working with BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and experience in developing and maintaining regular key performance indicator reports and dashboards.
