Job Description

Customer Success Manager

Senior Success Manager required for an initial 6 months contract with this global IT solutions provider. You will be responsible for leading their teams in strategic initiatives while continuing to interact with clients to provide superior customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Pardot customers to turn their marketing into a revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue performance management
  • Define key business challenges and needs in the marketing automation space
  • Assist with scalable customer success programs including organisation and delivery of live events, workshops and webinars
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Ability to create and maintain a trusted partnership with your customer base and internal Sales teams
  • Spot new services opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to close new services business
  • Be an expert in Inbound Marketing and become the trusted marketing advisor to Pardot's customer community
  • Stay current on the latest technologies and identify new opportunities
  • Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
  • Collaborate with managers and team leads on special projects

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing and customer success experience
  • 1+ year of Pardot/salesforce.com experience or competitive product
  • Deep understanding of Marketing & Sales processes in small and mid-size companies
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketing
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind
  • Strong empathy and a passion for customer retention
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA desired
