Your New Role
The Customer Service Representative provides responsive "first-point-of-contact" customer service and would handle complaints and escalations for technical issues. This person will be making calls to Customers, responding to emails and utilising Salesforce as a Case Management tool for case allocations and resolutions. This person will be making outgoing calls as well as take incoming calls. Must have a strong communication skills across all levels of communications including verbal, written and presentation skills.
You Bring to the Role
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT call centre or customer service capacity
- MUST be able to deal with complaints
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably someone who has worked on Salesforce as a Case management tool
- Ideally from a Telecommunication background
