Out client is looking for someone to help customers with their inquiries and to solve their issues while upholding company policies for quality standards and documentation.
- Providing quality customer service that delivers a unique, personalised experience for our customer.
- look after inbound customer service contacts, exploring and closing all opportunities.
- identify customers' needs through listening to our customers' stories and tailoring a solution for them appropriate to their needs.
- Facilitate the delivery of services. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success of the Service Desk.
To be Successful you must:
- Have a can-do attitude and willing to learn
- Have great customer service ability
- be proficient in handling a call intensive environment
- Have the ability to work pro-actively and efficiently without direct supervision
- Have strong organising skills, including ensuring achievement of deadlines and strong attention to detail
