Our client is seeking a Customer Experience and Engagement Lead, who will provide expert guidance and will be delivering roadmaps, EA architecture artefacts and strategic studies. The key focus is on driving external customer services and channel services. Important outputs will be high quality architecture and digital leadership design customer services, customer experience and engagement artefacts for various uses in Digital and related ICT project delivery.

Primary skills of the role include:

  • Experience in digital and ICT planning in large and complex environments or related to local government
  • Extensive digital strategic planning and customer centred strategies
  • Experience in developing Customer Centred Digital Strategies and Implementation Plans
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture planning for customers - CRM, CMS, CX, CE, Citizen Apps, Customer Portals
  • Experience with one of more of the enterprise platforms: Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Salesforce, ESRI Spatial, BMC Helix (BSM and/or ITSM), Data Insight Azure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. This includes the development and delivery of oral presentations and written reports targeted for the appropriate audience.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in developing solution architecture and strategic planning
  • Drive and motivation to work autonomously
