Job Location : Melbourne
Job Contract: 12 months with a view of extension.
- Following up on debt and resolving issues affecting the ability for customers to payPayment of outstanding debt and issues preventing payment resolved
- Co-ordinating with internal departments and driving the dispute resolution process
- 20 to 30 outbound calls daily
- Billing dispute, claims and enquiries are resolved, and cross-functional and/or systemic issues are identified and resolved within agreed timelines
