Overview Of The Role:

  • Integration with our clients Business Portfolios to ensure products, solutions and capability are considered for our customers across all key industry domains. Ensure Business Portfolio have aligned consulting offerings that enable the pull through of related downstream business opportunities and work orders
  • Support consultative led selling and go to market strategies as well as industry and technical co-creation activities with customers and partners
  • Is responsible for the delivery of all Consulting projects such that they are on time and within budget. Ensures that project risks and dependencies are identified early such that effective remediation initiatives are quickly put into place and actioned when required.
  • Lead consulting engagements in areas across business, IT and digital transformation
  • Coaching and development of junior consultants including qc of project deliverables
  • Leads the development of consulting offerings to market, including working with other teams to achieve this
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers, demonstrating company values.
  • Ensures that business operations & performance comply with senior management directives, governance requirements and statutory regulations - including Workplace Health & Safety. Responsible for compliance to core company systems, processes and procedures within area(s) of responsibility.
  • Acts as an ambassador and consulting thought leader for the company and external events.
  • Acts as an escalation point on complex consulting and transformation issues.
  • Act as a thought leader and advisor to senior clients
  • Responsible for helping team culture - develops and motivates junior team members to drive high employee engagement and performance.
  • Continually leads, reviews, develops and updates core process and business improvements across business area focussing on quality, innovation and adding value. Ensures alignment of initiatives to the business strategy and values, and collaborates across the rest of the business to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Adhere to the Company Governance processes and standards including WHS, Compliance training and People manager accountabilities.

Essential Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in deep consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape solutions for customers
  • 10+ years of proven experience in consulting services in business, IT and digital transformation
  • 10+ years' experience leading solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex multi-year / high value & cost transformation programmes
  • Thought leader or visible industry presence, in order to attract customers and staff.
  • Experience leading consulting sales and delivery across medium to large customers.
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple consulting engagements across different customers.
  • Facilitating strategic and operational leadership through application of extensive business, customer and digital experience
  • Proven record of successful people management and inspirational leadership, including managing large scale change & business transformation
  • Developing thought leadership and supporting business change, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions
  • Executive-level, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
