Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Application Integration Specialist to join their team for initial 12 months + extensions.
You will be directly responsible for the effective delivery of technical operational support, integration development and configuration of the Workforce Dimensions (WFD) application and associated HR modules
The position requires highly technical specialist knowledge in the integration and configuration of SaaS applications including previous experience working in and building integration for cloud-based applications.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in application operational support or implementation experience - Software as a Service operational experience essential
- Kronos payrule configuration exp
- 5+ years working with an ITIL or equivalent environment
- Demonstrable experience working across projects, enhancement pipelines, simultaneously from conception to implementation and realisation of program objectives
- ITIL qualification - highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of SaaS application operational management inclusive of vendor relationship management
- Expert communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work on your own and / or within a team environment
