Looking for a Senior Communications Manager to grab people's attention at the right time in an environment with significant change programs and business improvement initiatives underway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overarching responsibility for developing, leading and managing the program wide Communication Strategy, Plans and Messages
  • Ensure alignment of the streams and impacted business areas to the program wide messages, communication processes and activities
  • Design, develop and maintain program identity, narrative and messaging
  • Develop and establish frameworks to measure communication effectiveness metrics
  • Responsible for continuous improvement for all program communication activities
  • Coach and guide program and business leaders on delivery of program related communication activities
  • Manage communication analysts
  • Support Sponsor, Executive Lead, Program Leaders and Change Managers on the identification, management and engagement of stakeholders
  • Lead and manage the program executive engagement, working closely with the business engagement contacts within the business divisions
  • Support the program leaders and impacted business areas to embed new communication structures and processes to support new ways of working and achieve the business outcomes
