Our client, one of the big 4 banks in Australia is looking for Change & Communication Lead to join their team for an initial 12 months + potential extensions.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Communications lead (or similar role) is essential for the successful candidate
- Previous experience delivering comms for business changes is essential
- Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is preferable
- Ability to drive and deliver an enhanced colleague, customer, and operational experience in fast paced and dynamic delivery environment
- Ability to apply communication and engagement principles, techniques & tools
- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Identify and manage change resistance messaging
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work deliverables
- Report writing for Program Governance deliverables
- Identify delivery risks and develop aligned risk mitigation tactics
