Reporting to the General Manager Sales and Marketing, you will work in a cohesive and high energy sales team and your primary focus is to generate new leads, meet prospective customers and close new business sales.
The key responsibilities are:
- Influence and inform customers of the company products
- Increase revenue by maintaining strategic sales pipelines
- New business generation (Sales achievement) to specific periodic targets
- Opportunity to sale conversion rate
- Average sale velocity (number of days from first meeting to sale won)
- Activity levels (number of new business sales meetings per week)
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of new business development, selling technology solution-based offerings and successfully meeting sales targets. You will be an articulate and confident sales professional who can communicate with all levels. Strong influencing and negotiation skills will be essential for building relationships and networking with decision makers. Above all, you will be self-motivated, have a positive "can do" attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
