About the role
The Level 2 Cloud Support Technician will provide operational support for the organisation's platforms and applications.
Responsibilities
- Support the ITC service desk as a point of escalation
- Investigate complex technical problems
- Provide technical support for the organisation's applications and platforms
- Engage with end users directly to provide technical solutions
- Utilise monitoring tools to discern and report possible technical issues
- Work in an Agile environment to complete application operation tasks
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience working in technical support roles
- Demonstrated experience working within cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS),
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Splunk/ CloudWatch /Dynatrace & supporting SAAS products
- Knowledge of container/Kubernetes based environments
- Basic understanding of DevOps / software development lifecycle principles
