Cloud Platform Engineer

Work for a highly respected, global, and reputed organization in the heart of Perth CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to join their established and forward-thinking team to assist with the migration and transformation of applications to the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
The role will enable you to be involved in the growth and innovation of the organization. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement step-change technologies that sets this business apart from their competitors.
Role Requirements:
- Azure Cloud Engineering of Azure Infrastructure and PaaS Services
- Experience in Terraform and Infrastructure as code concepts
- Experience in Azure Cloud/ARM templates
- Experience/working knowledge in Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience in SCM - especially GitHUb
- Experience/working knowledge in YAML
- Experience/working knowledge in Powershell/BASH
- Azure IaaS/PaaS experience (SQL), ASR, Azure Backup, Log Analytics, Azure Key Management, Monitoring and Automation
Desirable:
- Azure Cloud certifications
- Azure AD, MFA, and AAD Connect
- Basic working knowledge of Docker
- Basic knowledge of Azure Data. stack (ADF/DataBricks)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of Data Engineering/ETL concepts
- Knowledge of Ansible, Puppet or chef
