Our client is an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for a Change Manager to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
To be successful for this position you will need a track record in successful Change within large, multi-channel organisations and must be a strong history of you managing stakeholders at all levels. The project is customer orientated thus we are looking for a Change Manager with strong customer change project experience.
Skills & Experience
- Change management experience in highly complex environments that have delivered business value
- Highly developed internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to
- Retail or customer servic projects ideal
- Experience of delivering technology projects across multi point networks attractive
- Dealing with delivering major change into complex environments
- Can do attitude and willingness to progress things autonomously
- Proactive self-starter, ability to work independently
- Deliver the change to a diverse range of stakeholders
