Skills and experience
* Identify, design and deliver change management initiatives to minimise end user disruption and drive adoption and usage.
* Evaluate the impact of planned technical changes in projects and BAU initiatives
* Work closely with project/delivery managers to understand project objectives to deliver change management/stakeholder engagement and communication activities and artefacts.
* Strong business process analysis skills to determine level of changes being imposed on business users with the ability to translate them into support material.
* Create, or work with subject matter experts to create training artefacts to instill knowledge and support
* Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to build and maintain effective working relationships.
* Create communication artefacts and intranet articles for upcoming changes and projects
* Balance strategic outcomes with tactical delivery requirements by working closely with technicians to understand change and communication needs
* Demonstrate attitudes and behaviours responsive to workplace change (including participates in and encourages others to participate in change and contribute to successful outcomes).
* Establishes clear expectations and creates an environment to achieve stated goals and objectives, takes ownership and honours commitment.
SELECTION CRITERIA
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management 20 %
* Demonstrated ability to work in a small team, balancing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes 20 %
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills 20 %
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills including the ability to negotiate persuasively. 20 %
* Demonstrated ability to work closely with IT technology staff and converting technical outcomes and projects into easy-to-understand language. 20 %
