This Senior Consultant role is ultimately responsible, in conjunction with Project and Business Leadership, for ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and impacted business areas experience a smooth transition, minimising operational risk and disruption.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver end to end change management activities as required
  • Provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership
  • In line with agreed plans, track and oversee that delivery of change activities have end-to-end ownership, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the program/project
  • Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) and manage risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program/project plans
  • Development of a Change Management Strategy and/or Plan for the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs
  • Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and monitor stakeholder commitment and activity

To be successful in this role you will have a blend of the following:

  • Experience in supporting transformation of key strategic projects from a change perspective
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing skills, required for working closely with senior executives
  • Proficiency in Organisational Change, including delivering change, seeking and interpreting data and translating verbal and written data into insights
  • You will have awareness of Agile Methodology and project management
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Ability to drive results in challenging and often ambiguous environment
