As Change Manager you will lead the design and delivery of change services across a variety of transformation projects. You will be driving adoption, utilisation, proficiency and a high-performance culture. You will embed successful business change to ensure users are ready, willing and able to adopt and use system and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand impacts quickly in an agile work environment
  • Working with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Develop planning and form mitigation strategies
  • Deliver communications, engagement and training
  • Conduct a training needs analysis and design and implement
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Document change readiness and mitigate risks
  • Post-implementation review and monitoring

Experience

  • Experience in Change Manager or Change Advisor roles
  • Significant experience in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to lead, coach, engage and motivate staff through transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience in risk and issue management
  • Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
