Change Manager - Cyber Security Transformation

Our clients Cyber Security team requires an Change Manager to work with them to design and execute the appropriate strategies and solutions, aligned with the teams overall change strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Change analysis - stakeholder analysis; change impact and gap analysis
- Responsible for all change communication and engagement action plans which include change transition and business readiness plans, post-implementation review plans
- Responsible for implementing change management strategy and actions, in line with the Program's change management methodology which include : stakeholder engagement; development and delivery of communication material; change transition and support activity, and reviewing and monitoring change uptake
- Responsible for developing and delivering a range of training material which include people, processes and technology
Skills Required
- Experience working in the role of change manager for a large transformation program with focus on process/technology-driven people change
- Experience in delivering change analyses and change management plans and actions within a business technology implementation project
- Experience in managing and facilitating change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with business representatives, in order to articulate benefits and impacts of change
- Experience in full lifecycle of change management and training for large-scale SaaS (software-as-a-service) implementations would be highly regarded
- Experience working in an Agile environment will be highly regarded
- Experience working in the utilities industry will be highly regarded
