Our global client is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join one of their major programs of work.
The role:
This is a global facing role responsible to provide dedicated Organisational Change management assessment, planning & delivery support to multiple workstreams under one Program of work. You will work with the Program Change Manager to ensure alignment with the overall program change management strategy. You will be responsible for identifying change risks and developing suitable mitigation strategies in close collaboration with the project manager and respective project sponsors.
Duties:
- Stakeholder identification and management across all Product Groups both, internal and external
- Organisational Change management strategy and plan to facilitate sustainable change adoption across all product groups and associated key stakeholders
- Day to day coordination and delivery of timely stakeholder engagement & communication activities in line with change management plan and project milestones/ priorities
- Training needs analysis, strategy development and planning of training interventions to build end-user and impacted stakeholder capabilities as required
- Facilitate development and delivery of training materials, communications artefacts and presentations in close collaboration with project teams and other Program workstreams as required
Experience required
- Extensive experience as an organisational change manager within large scale technology infrastructure projects
- Experience previously working in an Agile or SAFe delivery environment
