Our client is a powerhouse in WA and is currently driving a number of high-profile projects. They currently require a Change Manager to specifically deliver services to one project, for a 9 month initial term.
The role:
- You will be responsible to organisational change in this project.
- Evaluating the organisational change impact of the project
- Developing overall internal change management strategy and plans for project, in conjunction with the vendor's change management team, incorporating the vendor's product implementation change strategy and plan.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
- Leading change management work stream with a structured methodology / process
- Development of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
Duties will include:
- Work as part of a collaborative project team to ensure the project change objectives are delivered on time and on budget
- Execution of the end-to-end change management strategy
- Manage effective and strategic communications plans - adapting and incorporating new requirements as the project evolves
- Create clear, compelling communication materials with a cohesive framework
- Analyse and compile data from multiple sources and pull it together into singular outputs
- Comprehend detailed technical updates and translate them into easily-understood insights for non-technical users and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder database
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology
- Build executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions
