About the company and the role

This is one of the leading SaaS providers in the world who specialise in CRM and Customer Success. They are looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead the change management practice's within their professional services division to help clients and customers implement their technology solutions.

You will need to have a deep-seated passion for technology, building strong relationships and helping clients/customers achieve their objectives. Salesforce experience is a must have, as well as the capacity to travel in Australia and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Management for projects and programs of work assisting clients implement various suites of the product
  • Quality assure all Change Management deliverables in line with company standards and expectations
  • Provide advisory services and planning in delivery of Change Management for key clients
  • Review project status reports and forecasting for new and existing work
  • Lead Change Management workshops, Change Advisory and Change Lead work

You must have:

  • Salesforce Technology Change Implementation - Non-Negotiable
  • Change Lead / Management Experience in large enterprise - either as a consultant or internal
  • The ability to travel (20-30%) across Australia and parts of Asia
