WHAT WE NEED
Peoplebank are currently recruiting for a Change Manager to work on a complex programme of work. Our client is in the process of implementing new planning legislation, planning policy, governance and processes.
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for development and execution of a Program Change Management Strategy, scheduling of change tasks, transition planning, identification of change impacts arising from Reform and e-Planning activities, development and execution of a training planning and execution of change tasks.
All candidates must be:
- Experienced in presenting to large groups both internally and externally.
- Excellent communicators
- Government or local government experience is preferable
- Experienced in managing projects and programs in a large enterprise environment.
