Our Client:

Our client has a large presence within the Government Sector, they are currently seeking a Change Management Facilitator to join their team for an initial 12-month contract

The primary focus of this role is to lead the change management aspects of the transformation. The Change Manager Facilitator is responsible for working with key internal stakeholders, including the People and Culture Director and team, Project Director, and subject matter experts across the organisation, to build and implement a change plan

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff have a deep understanding of the scope and timing of changes and feel supported. This may include building organisational capacity, where necessary.
  • Work with subject matter experts and other key internal stakeholders to support and implement change within the organisation, focusing on developing ways of working to enable the new organisational design.
  • Be across systems and process changes required and incorporate into change management plan and internal communications such as - People (onboarding processes, system optimisation), Governance, Finance system change (if required) and IT (if required)
  • Measure, evaluate, and report on progress
