Change Lead- Strategic Implementation & Transformation Projects
Location - Sydney Central
Duration 6 months rolling contract
The role reports to the Head of Enterprise Change
The role coordinates the framework and governance for the organisation in the planning, analysis, management, and reinforcement of change in the workplace and has the responsibility to report to key stakeholders.
The role provides expert advice to the Head of Enterprise Change on change risks and recommendations for minimising change impacts on the business
- Driving transformational change within the organisation and implementing change transformation strategies in a large complex environment.
- Strong skills in developing and interpreting technical and operational documentation.
- Experience working within a highly industrialised/unionised environment
- Demonstrated hand on experience working on a variety of large change projects (systems, process, org design, culture).
